Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness to both clients and therapists, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48 hours or more before your appointment
  – You may cancel and receive a full refund.

• Between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment
  – Cancellations made in this window are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session at no additional cost.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment
  – The full fee is forfeited, as the therapist has reserved this time exclusively for you and must still be paid for their attendance.
